No. Data flows directly from NetSuite to your chosen destination (Power BI, SQL Server, Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Synapse). There is no intermediate storage.

Q: What encryption does Acterys use?

TLS 1.3 for all data in transit. AES-256 for any data at rest. Credentials stored in Azure Key Vault with hardware security modules.

Q: Where is data processed?

Processing happens in Microsoft Azure data centers. Customers choose their destination region. Data residency is determined by your destination, not by Acterys.
