Is Acterys SOC2 compliant?
Yes. Acterys maintains SOC2 Type II compliance. Annual audits are conducted by independent third-party auditors covering security, availability, and confidentiality.
Does Acterys store my NetSuite data?
No. Data flows directly from NetSuite to your chosen destination (Power BI, SQL Server, Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Synapse). There is no intermediate storage or data retention.
What encryption is used?
TLS 1.3 for all data in transit. AES-256 for any data at rest. Credentials are stored in Azure Key Vault backed by hardware security modules (HSMs).
Where is data processed?
Processing happens in Microsoft Azure data centers. Data residency is determined by your destination configuration, not by Acterys. You choose where your data lives.
